Cumann na mBunscol

Our camogie team headed to St. Thomas' for their Cumann na mBunscol blitz.

The day started off with a 2 point loss to a very strong Peterswell side. Wins against Leitrim and Kilcooley saw the girls in a good position going into their last game against Kiltartan. After a wonderful start, the game seemed to be going in our favour. However, Kiltartan came back stronger than ever in the second half to leave the game at a draw at the end of normal time. A 3 minute a half extra time was decided upon but it just wasn't enough for our girls. They bowed out after a day of playing some excellent camogie. Best wishes to Peterswell + Kiltartan who move on to the semi-final stages.
